I ran NDD.exe in DOS real mode, chose: Diagnose disk, confirmed it, then after selecting the disk to diagnose and pressing Diagnose,
the following prompt appeared: (my computer is a WIN98 system, FAT32 format).
unable to read from drive c:
make sure a disk is in the drive and the device driver is installed and valid
I don't know what it means. How can I diagnose and repair a FAT32 disk in DOS real mode? What software is there?
Many thanks!!!!
