Is it possible to use batch files and VBS to write a progress bar like this.



The title bar does not necessarily have to be written as "Copying...." or "Moving...."

You can use VBS together with HTML to simulate it

It seems like this probably can't be done using only DOS

I'm waiting online to see whether any expert can solve your problem, if you mean using batch files

Not bad, can this window be skipped:
Also, does the title bar necessarily have to be written as "Copying...." or "Moving...."—that is, does this progress bar have to only show copying and moving data, what about other functions?
