Generally I just use EDIT, or QEDIT, or the built-in editors that come with NC and DN.
Whether it supports Chinese and English has nothing to do with the editor; as long as the Chinese-language platform is loaded, that's enough. Of course, if you want a fully Chinese editor, then it's WPS.
