Today I was installing the system, and while doing FORMAT, I accidentally formatted drive D. There are important company files in it. If the BOSS finds out, I'm done for, Which expert can tell me how to recover it Please save me...............

If no data has been written into it, then it's not too hard to handle. If you don't understand DOS, you can install WINDOWS on drive C; there are many recovery software tools that can be used in WINDOWS. I have quite a few here.

Is unformat a command or software? I split out a DOS from 98, and found that unformat doesn't work What's going on?

unformat is an add-on software tool for DOS 6.22 and earlier versions.... In MS-DOS 7.1(WIN 4.x), "Recycle Bin" was used instead~

DD made a mistake Recycle Bin corresponds to Delete Win doesn't seem to come with anything corresponding to Format

Right, last time I used unformat to recover a formatted E drive and it didn't work either. I don't know if it was because of FAT32

I'm using DOS 7.10, so how do I recover it? How do I open the Recycle Bin? How do I recover it under WIN? What software can be used under WIN
