It's a self - extracting file under DOS. You can open the file with WINRAR under Windows or add it to AUTOEXEC.BAT. For example:

This may not be the case. Sometimes "a hodgepodge" is反而 not good, and instead gives people a bloated and flashy but not practical feeling. For the same software, many people would rather use its old version just for this reason.

Also, look at how many partition software support directly formatting to NTFS now? In fact, formatting is already an extra task for partition software. Partition software only takes care of partitioning, and formatting has formatting software. These tools in each operating system are all separate.

Of course, I don't object to third-party software like DM, PM, SPFDISK having the function of formatting NTFS, but I think there is no urgency for this. It's best to have it, but it doesn't matter if there isn't, because it doesn't affect our use and there's nothing inconvenient.
