Ask everyone how to make a DOS bootable CD. I mean the kind that starts when the computer boots up, just like a Windows installation disk. I downloaded many online, but after burning the disk, I can't enter DOS. I hope you experts can give me some pointers.

Hehe, if you say "I downloaded many things online but couldn't enter DOS after burning to disc", it means your burning method is incorrect.
If you downloaded an iso file, you should choose the "burn image" mode for burning when burning.
If you downloaded an img file, you need to import it into the disc (or make it into an iso file) and then burn it.
If what I said you don't understand, it means you need to lurk more and study up. You might as well search online for "very detailed boot disc making tutorials" to learn.

There is no prompt at all. It directly enters the WINDOWS system. There is no cursor prompt at all.

You can use the NERO burning software. There is an option for making a bootable disk. You just need to insert the disc, select this option, and then perform the burning.
