Through comparison, the 0407 is more than 30MB larger than the previous version. Later, it was found that an additional 2K3PE was integrated in it. This PE is faster in startup speed compared to the 0331 version.
Among the two uploaded PEs, both the ISO version and the U-HDD version use the same PETOOLS, and even the startup menu and functions are completely the same. Since the 0PE loads the PETOOLS in the root directory when starting into the desktop, if you make the mass production and U-HDD together on the same USB flash drive, you only need to keep one of the PETOOLS.
For other maintenance tools, please download from the WIM format file collection and put it into PETOOLS.
