Scroll bars like in Windows 2000 are not possible, but scroll bars in Windows XP style similar to Windows 2000 can be achieved.....

Suppose a logo uses 32 colors to make an animation

And the position change of the colors is exactly the opposite of the above picture
After making the logo, you need to use the XrX Logo Utility to set the logo
Taking the above example as an example:
Change "Colors In" to 32, then press "Test Amimation" to test whether the logo is "as you wish"
If everything is okay, press "Save"!
