When unpacking the installation package of UltraISO, it is found that the command isocmd.exe -r is used to install the virtual CD - ROM.

After trying one by one, there are really several parameters.
isocmd - r Remove the driver
isocmd - v Display the status
isocmd - q Stop the driver
isocmd - s Start the driver
isocmd - i Install the driver
isocmd - p Display the status.

It can be used alone without UltraISO. When combined with batch processing, it can conveniently mount ISO files.

Others also use it in forums as an external program for mounting WINPE.

The following is the packaged one.

Execution order of commands:

isocmd -Number n
n is the number of virtual CD-ROM drives to create. Executing this command is equivalent to executing:
reg add HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ISODrive\Parameters /f /v NumberOfDevices /t reg_dword /d n

isocmd -Install
Create virtual drives.

isocmd -Mount X: xxx.iso
Mount xxx.iso to drive X:.

isocmd -Eject X:
Eject drive X:. That is, unmount the iso file in drive X: and make drive X: an empty drive.

isocmd -Print
Print the version of the isocmd file, the number of created virtual drive letters and the drive letters.

isocmd -Remove
Delete HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ISODrive and all virtual drives.

How to change the drive name of a virtual CD-ROM. For example, if it's not mounted, it still shows "CD-ROM". If it's mounted, it will show the volume label of the image.
