Why do I get the prompt "This forum does not welcome you!" when logging in to the DOS forum at home? Is my IP blocked? If so, can you tell me the reason for blocking my IP? (If not, I don't know the reason. I wonder if you can help solve it. Thank you!)

I don't know when you encountered this situation recently. Some time ago, there were several IPs of people posting ads that were blocked. It's very possible that your IP happened to be in the same segment as his. Hehe, it's really a case of "the city gate's fire spreads to the fish in the moat." Now you can try again, it should be okay.
