This time I have localized a total of 4 software:
QCOPY.EXE, QCONVERT.EXE, QFORMAT.EXE, QBENCH.EXE

Now I upload them. The reason why I didn't localize SMARTFLP.EXE is because there seems to be protection in it, and many English EDIT2s can't be extracted! There's no way.

If there are any localization errors, please point them out and I will modify them!
Please use the Chinese-English compatible methods of Tianhui or GHOS or XZL, and it is suggested to use the Chinese-English compatible method of XZL.
