I made a boot disk and loaded the Tianhui Chinese character support system. The Chinese characters display as white stripes, while English displays normally. The Tianhui Chinese character support system status bar below also cannot display Chinese characters. It can display under WIN98. How can this be fixed? Thanks.

If your system isn't an MS series one, for example under the DR or FREE series, a lot of Chinese software won't work properly

Tianhui is version 3.1. I also tried another Chinese-language platform, and the Chinese characters also displayed as white stripes. Can any expert help solve this? Thanks.

I've used 3.1 too, and it was pretty good. You can take a look at my simple boot disk

Rename tway.exe to tw.exe and create TWAY.BAT
In the TWAY.BAT batch file (right-click, Edit), write:
@echo off
tw.exe
py.com
wbx.com
echo.
cls
echo.
echo.
echo. -------------------------Tianhui Chinese character support system---------------------------

Now you get it, right!
You need these two things, py.com and wbx.com, to have the
Alt+F2 Quanpin Alt+F3 Shuangpin Alt+F4 Wubi Alt+F10 English
functions

Most of the time, being unable to display Chinese characters is probably a fonts problem!
This is the only reason I've run into for not being able to display Chinese characters since I started using the Tianhui Chinese character support system.
As for other reasons, I'm not too clear on them either!
And in some versions, the fonts are built right into TW.exe!
So it's simply impossible for the fonts to be damaged!

zl7322, stop promoting your boot disk. I just took a careful look at it for you,
your boot disk needs to be upgraded!
I'll make a post and explain it to you in detail!

Thanks to all the experts for your help. I'm a newbie. I made a Ghost self-booting floppy disk that can automatically back up and restore. Right now I'm using Ghost go2.0 and the Ghost Chinese companion, plus the Ghost four-menu boot program, and I made myself a backup and restore disk. The problems have all been solved. Thanks to all the experts for your help. If there's anything I don't understand later, I'll have to trouble everyone again. Thanks.
