Does anyone have a way under Win2000 to let Outlook 2000 use Microsoft FAX to receive mail directly?
My client wants to use Outlook to unify internal mail, external mail, and fax, and the previously used 98 is too unstable, so I want to upgrade to 2k. I’ve already solved the Microsoft Mail post office problem under 2000, and fax is the only thing left.
Winfax seems to receive the fax and then forward it into the mailbox. That isn’t practical. The fax has already arrived on the machine, and it still has to be sent out as mail and then received back as mail again. That wastes too much bandwidth.
Experts, please give me some pointers!!
