The smallest one I've used is 18m. Here, the graphical interface does not include the one using the command line, but refers to the kind with a Windows desktop. Is there anything smaller than 18m? Recommend some.

I have also seen that the smallest PE is 18m, and there shouldn't be much that can be streamlined inside.

Be content with what you have and be happy.
It doesn't make much sense if you further reduce the 18m core by a few more megabytes.
If you want a complete driver, it won't stop at 30m.

30M? If the graphics card drivers are relatively complete, it's already 30M. If only the disk drivers are complete, it's probably only an additional 5 or 6M.
