I remember that in the past, just deleting the directory of the QQ number was not enough.

2009 is not clear. Try deleting the LoginUinList.dat file and see

The method on floor 5 is for QQ before 2008. I also deleted the QQ number folder, but it still doesn't work.

It is suggested that you first copy the QQ folder, then log in to a new QQ number, and then compare the two folders completely to know which file records it. I think it has nothing to do with the registry, because when you run the old QQ after reinstalling the system, the number still exists.
