Strange problem occurs after successful USB CD-ROM mass production and startup, has anyone encountered this (hope to solve it)

I don't know if you have encountered this problem

I made a USB flash drive to install the Vista image. My USB flash drive was successfully mass-produced (as shown in the picture)

The computer can automatically install the Vista system when booting (successfully installed Vista, tested 5 or 6 units)

But there is a problem. When installing Vista, there is a "windows is loading files" at the beginning (as shown in the picture). The same is true for PE, "loading ramdisk image"

On an AMD motherboard, when using the USB flash drive to install, the progress of reading "windows is loading files" passes in a few seconds, and then the installation proceeds (the same process as the CD-ROM) and the speed is all normal

On an Intel motherboard, when using the USB flash drive to install, the progress of reading "windows is loading files" passes in a few minutes (4 or 5 minutes), and then the installation proceeds (the same process as the CD-ROM) and the speed is all normal

On an AMD motherboard, when entering PE via USB flash drive, the progress of reading "loading ramdisk image" passes in a few seconds, and then entering the PE desktop speed is all normal

On an Intel motherboard, when entering PE via USB flash drive, the progress of reading "loading ramdisk image" passes in a few minutes (2 or 3 minutes), and then entering the PE desktop speed is all normal

I have tested it on AMD 630A 770 790GX motherboards and Intel 865 915 965 P45 motherboards. On AMD, it is the same and passes quickly

On Intel, it is not okay. Installing Vista requires 4 or 5 minutes, and entering PE takes 2 or 3 minutes, sometimes even longer. Does anyone know why this is?

When entering PE

Some mass production tools don't put USB - CDROM first. For example, the main controller of U165 is like this, and it will fail to boot on some old motherboards.
