I have noticed that you often deduct points without distinction, and you deduct the maximum value at a time. For example, these two posts:

http://www.cn-dos.net/forum/viewthread.php?tid=45787
This is not someone posting maliciously, just not knowing how to upload or having an upload issue. It shouldn't be deducted points at all. Also, I see that you deduct points to "Newcomer" level members all the way to "Poor User". Although meaningless posts from these members shouldn't be, you can deduct points slightly to remind them, or directly ask the moderator to delete through the report function. But is deducting points to negative scores at once by you regarded as malicious behavior?
The scoring authority of the forum is not for everyone to abuse! You can deduct points as you like for some advertisement posts and really malicious posts.
