Question about WinRAR command-line options? - China DOS Union Forum

I want WinRAR to run every time Win2k starts up to back up my materials, that is, make a batch file and put it in Startup.
What I don't know now is what WinRAR commands there are and which parameters go with them. I want the highest compression ratio, and I also want to set a password, preferably encrypt the file names too (that is, make it ask for the password as soon as the archive is opened). Then have it run every day to update the files already compressed before.
If it can be made so that from Monday to the weekend it compresses into 7 different folders, that would be even better.
Could everyone help me with some ideas?
My batch file knowledge is limited to just the basics.
