I made one more update today (July 2) to the Super Universal MS-DOS 7.10 boot disk (most likely the last one), including updates to DOSLFN, UMBPCI, BOOTPART, DEBUG (so that it supports Chinese display), adding programs such as FAKEDISK and CLOAKFIX, as well as modifying the system config files, documentation file, support for logical locks, etc. Besides that, I also fixed a BUG when booting without a hard disk, so now it can truly run normally when there is no hard disk or when the hard disk is unformatted! However, the content of this update still isn't all that much, because it is mainly to prepare for the future full update of the “China DOS Union Super DOS Boot Disk”。。 The download link remains unchanged: http://newdos.yginfo.net/dosware/mdos71bd.zip The address of its documentation file (already included in the boot disk): http://newdos.yginfo.net/dosware/readme.txt

Question for the OP: what did you use to make the boot disk image? I found that IMG files I made with HDCOPY can't be recognized under VPC. Why is that?
