The alliance committee should have a standing committee and two groups, the maintenance group and the technology group.
The standing committee is responsible for the daily work of the forum (served by the top four moderators on the posting ranking list)
The maintenance group is mainly responsible for the construction, update, management, and maintenance of the forum (served by the moderator with the highest network level and the most enthusiasm)
The technology group is mainly responsible for DOS technology (served by the several moderators with the highest DOS technology).
For those moderators who cannot often come to the forum, only honorary committee members can be granted.

Forum administrative executive officer: senior administrator of the forum. Has full responsibility for the daily management work and affairs of the forum, and also serves as the version master of the forum office section.

Forum deputy version master: version master assistant. Daily assists the version master of this section to manage the content of this section area. Maintains communication with members and feeds back their opinions in a timely manner.

III. Version master application and resignation methods:
1. Basic requirements for applying for a version master:

2. Basic procedures for applying for a version master:
A. Members apply in the forum office;
B. Those who pass the preliminary examination will be appointed as probationary version masters for half a month;
C. Those who pass the probation period will be approved as formal version masters;
D. Members whose application is not successful or who fail the probation period cannot apply to the forum again within half a month from the date of receiving the notice.

3. Basic procedures for version master resignation: Version masters must submit their resignation to the station affairs group in the forum one week before the resignation date. After the version master resigns, his position will be succeeded by the deputy version master.

IV. Version master removal methods:
1. Version masters implement a term system, three months for one term, and version masters with excellent performance can be re-elected. When version masters have the following phenomena, their version master positions can be immediately removed:
A. Being inactive; abusing power for personal gain; often not on duty;
B. Seriously damaging the internal and external image of the forum;
C. Serving as a version master in other section areas of the forum with the same or different IDs, which is regarded as automatically giving up the version master position.

2. Basic procedures for removing version master positions:
A. Apply by version masters in the version master special area;
B. Special personnel will be sent to investigate and verify;
C. Commend excellent version masters as honorary members.

V. Rules:
1. Newly appointed version masters should check the appointment notice after receiving the notice and sign in the forum version master discussion room within one week. Those who fail to sign in within the deadline are regarded as automatically giving up the version master position;
2. The version master discussion room is the discussion area for the daily official business of version masters. Please do not post water content or posts irrelevant to forum work in the special area;
3. When version masters participate in discussions in this section area or other section areas, please pay attention to their own image as version masters and shall not make any remarks that violate the forum regulations or other regulations;
4. No version master shall publicly quarrel with members, and shall not disclose the internal work discussion situation of version masters to members; without consent, shall not disclose any affairs discussed in the version master special area without authorization;
5. Version masters shall not discuss forum affairs in non-version master special areas (including section area name change, version master candidates, handling opinions, etc. of matters not yet settled, but matters in the discussion area where the version master is located are exceptions), otherwise, it will be treated as a violation of situation (5);
6. When there are different opinions among version masters, they shall not have disputes in front of members, and can discuss and solve them in the version master discussion room. If an emergency occurs, the deputy version master must obey the decision of the regular version master at that time, but shall retain the right of recourse, and then the station affairs group will make the final decision;
7. Before appointing a version master, full deliberation shall be carried out within the station affairs group. If there is already a version master in the applied section area, the opinion of the version master of that section area can be solicited, and finally approved by the station affairs group. Any member of the station affairs group has the right to veto the application of the new version master;

VI. Reward and punishment methods:
1. Reward: Version masters with excellent work performance during the term can be rated as honorary members.
A. Have priority to participate in the activities organized by Jiku Network Fate;
B. Have priority to obtain the commemorative gifts distributed by Jiku Network Fate;
C. Unlimited respect from community members.

2. Punishment:
A. For version masters who fail to perform their duties conscientiously or violate the forum regulations, they shall be criticized first by means of warnings, notifications, etc. Those who refuse to reform after repeated admonitions shall be removed from their version master positions.
B. If the situation is serious, the station affairs group or the forum administrative executive officer can immediately remove their version master positions after giving a notice.
