What you're talking about is actually making a multi-boot CD. There are lots of programs for this. DISKEMU, EASYBOOT, VISUALBOOT, BS, etc. can all meet your needs.

Speaking of making bootable CDs, Wuyou is still the best in China, but their DOS skills are really behind. You have to know that a boot disk is actually just a DOS disk.
