This is to wish my son a smooth passing of the Jiangsu Province art unified exam he just finished, releasing
Chinese file reader under Western DOS MTR v1.00
Chinese file generators under Western DOS DISPER DISPR
It should be said there are already many similar programs, but most of the generated files use .EXE, are large in size, and are not convenient for secondary development
and use. Now DISPER.COM by Wu Xiaojun, developer of the 2.13 Chinese character support system, brings you hope. It generates .COM files,
making it convenient to provide more expressive help and instruction interfaces for your software, and with even a slight modification it can be bundled with your software.
However, DISPER.COM's default Chinese fonts path is C:\213, which is inconvenient for using fonts in other locations. This one
has changed it to C:\UCDOS; moreover, I have successfully separated the program body from the help information, making it smaller, and it has now been renamed
DISPR.COM to distinguish it. All other functions remain unchanged, and no other optimization has been done.
Now, this one has extended it with multiple functions such as direct reading, F1 restoring text, and setting the fonts location. For detailed
differences, please run DISPERME.COM and MTRME.COM respectively and judge for yourself. This one recommends using MTR.
Suzhou Benshi / Luo Ming'an on December 14, 2008
Friendly reminder:
The text control characters (or special characters) of DISPER.COM and DISPR.COM are the same,
but they differ greatly from MTR.COM and are not mutually compatible. Special reminder!
