Who can compile Spfdisk into a Simplified Chinese edition?

I already changed SPFDISK last time into a text-mode Simplified Chinese edition without built-in fonts. There is a download in this section. But if you want its built-in Chinese character support system to display Simplified Chinese, then files like FONTDATA.C would need to be modified, and that doesn't seem so easy..

Could you dissect the structure of FONTDATA.C a bit and see from what aspect it could be modified?
This file seems to break Chinese characters down into dot-matrix form for display, doesn't it?
