Just do as I say! First, your computer must be connected to the Internet!
And you must have netmeeting installed , and have a not-very-good headset. Open the program. If this is your first time going in, please fill in your name and email address . Set the bandwidth to the cable'xdsl option , then click OK! After that, adjust the headset settings yourself! After entering the program, click -- Tools --- Options --- Advanced Calling --- click the second gateway setting, enter 211.94.164.18, click OK, and that's it. Everyone can start making phone calls now!! Note that the phone number format is: 17911+area code+phone number
, 17911+mobile number. 17911 is required in front of every number you dial.
For example: a friend's mobile 1387005****
Dial 179111387005****
Landline 0791-8155***
Dial 1791107918155***
Everyone hurry up and try it! It can save everyone a big chunk of phone bills!

Please note:
If the line is busy or no one answers, you can't tell during dialing, so sometimes it won't connect, but if you wait a while (be patient), a message will pop up.

If the line is busy, the returned message is that the person you dialed does not accept calls.
If no one answers, it says the person you dialed cannot join the NETMEETING conference!

If you didn't succeed, I think it's because one of these key points was entered wrong: connection type, gateway, audio, or dialing format, right?
These options are all in the wizard when you use NETMEETING for the first time. If you chose wrong, use the method below:

Audio settings
Tools -> Audio Tuning Wizard. Follow the prompts. In the NETMEETING will use the following audio waveform device option, select the corresponding device, usually your sound card. Some people have two; the other one is the modem.

Gateway settings are in Tools -> Options -> there is an Advanced Calling below, then set the gateway below that to 211.94.164.18, and also check the option next to it, Use NETMEETING to call telephones and video conferencing systems

xdsl setting is in Tools -> Options -> the bandwidth setting next to Advanced Calling below. Just choose XDSL! No matter how you actually connect to the Internet, choose it!

Also note that the dialing format must be correct. See the above for details. Everything else is the default.

Adding gateway settings for different regions:
Beijing, Shanxi, Hebei, Tianjin, Inner Mongolia:
211.94.164.18
Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning:
211.93.81.194
Shanghai, , Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang, Anhui: 211.95.64.26

Hubei, Hunan, Henan, Jiangxi:
211.91.123.130

Guangdong, Fujian, Hainan, Guangxi:
211.96.31.114

Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Chongqing, Sichuan:
211.95.174.106

Shaanxi, Ningxia, Qinghai, Gansu, Xinjiang:
211.92.209.2
