Also, this doesn't really count as some kind of rule, it's just to make it easier for everyone to search for posts. Giving a post a good title has its benefits, and it also makes it easier for people who understand this issue to come help you solve your problem in time.
If you really insist on calling it a rule, that's fine too. Hehe... In China there's a saying: "When you enter a place, follow its customs." Wherever you go, you should spend a little effort learning the local rules, right? Actually, this is just basic forum etiquette. It's not only our forum that asks for this.
