Why won't .msc files run? - China DOS Union Forum - China DOS Union

Sorry, I really shouldn't be asking for help with this here, but I need it urgently, so moderator please don't delete it.
All the .msc files on my machine have stopped working, and the prompt says: access to .msc is denied?

What I've already done:
1. Checked msc under "File Types", everything is normal;
2. Saw all the .msc files under system32;
3. Ran Rising antivirus first, and it didn't report anything.
4. I also didn't see any related msc entries under "Image File Execution Options" in the registry!

How do I fix this?

Do you have access permission for c:\windows\system32\mmc.exe?
