Explanation about starting a new poll for the new test forum.

Since the new test forum was set up, it has never had much traffic. Considering that before there were only about 2,000 members, while now there are more than 6,000 members, that means it is possible that another 4,000 members still do not know about the new test forum. So I am bringing this up again. I hope everyone will actively participate in the testing and offer more opinions and suggestions.

Also, many members said it should not be made too complicated, and much of the previous poll content no longer suits the current requirements, so a new poll is being started. The content has been reworked a bit.

This is specially prepared for the upgrade, so please put forward your valuable opinions and suggestions on the revision of this forum! (There is no need to bring up other issues. :-) )
1。To avoid conflicts with the original main forum (www2.zzu.edu.cn\ie\newdos), causing inconsistencies in progress and data, the other subforums in this forum have been locked. Since this is for testing, they can only be browsed; no new threads or replies can be posted.
2。This subforum was originally “Feedback & Member Discussion”. Now, in order to collect members' opinions and suggestions about the forum upgrade, it has been specially changed to “Special Forum Upgrade Feedback Section”. If you have any opinions or suggestions, you can post them here. (And they can only be raised here.)
3。Since the database used for this upgrade was taken from an earlier period rather than the latest one, some members (those after #2036) have no record in the database. If they want to post, they must register again.
4。If you are a guest and want to register and post, I hope you will also register once on the original main forum (www2.zzu.edu.cn\ie\newdos) and become one of our members. (Only those registered on the original main forum will be recognized after the upgrade, because when the formal upgrade happens, the database of the main forum will be used for the upgrade!)
5。If you are a guest and do not want to register but still want to post, please use this username and password (guest:dostest)
6。You can give feedback on the forum's speed, forum style, forum logo, the forum's header ads, footer ads, board categories, forum plug-ins, etc.
7。Since the avatars and files everyone uploaded were not moved over together during this upgrade, some avatars cannot be displayed, please excuse us! Also, uploaded attachments cannot be downloaded either; once again we ask for your understanding!!
8。There are also some things I have not thought of... so you'll just have to see to them yourselves. Hehe... :-)

Please actively post in this forum revision section and put forward your valuable opinions and suggestions!!!

If everyone feels that this upgraded forum is better, we will consider making the formal upgrade as soon as possible!

Note: If everyone ignores this matter, then I'm afraid all of us can only keep using this slow and poor old forum!

Testing the new forum concerns every member of our forum (including current and future ones), so please participate actively!
I hope everyone will actively join in, or at least go take a look at the new forum, then come back here and cast a vote. Otherwise this matter will drag on forever, and everyone can just make do with this old forum. If in the end nobody really pays attention to this and we still decide to move the forum, then don't start saying we're being dictatorial again! faint~
Why is it that whenever there's nothing going on, everyone keeps shouting for democracy, democracy, but when you're actually given the democratic right, you don't cherish it?

The new forum can be browsed, but the corresponding FTP can't be connected to anymore.
Now there's no way to maintain the new forum...

I'm not one of the people, so where does this talk of being the master come from?

I've already said it: before, when I spoke carelessly (not necessarily referring to this forum), I already felt the consequences coming back on me........

I said that from now on I will do my part for the Union. I definitely will. But it needs time.

Hehe, Ko, if you put in this moderator evaluation function, I think almost all moderators are going to be dismissed......

I think all the moderators should take the lead and go have a look at the new test forum, and post a reply. That would encourage everyone else to go check it out too. It's too weak if I'm the only one saying it, faint~~

The live chat function is pretty good, it can increase interaction and make things more convenient for newbies to learn. I wonder whether there are moderators on duty? Do the moderators take turns sitting at the table??
