V 3.8 2008.10.10-15
On 2008.10.15, some options for modifying the registry were added, such as disabling Windows key combinations.

Some garbage code was deleted.

Is uploading a RAR file more convenient?

The RAR file is too large to upload (over 400KB). The source code is 1315KB

For the personal version, some functions are not dared to use. 1. Too complicated. 2.
