The latest version of HWINFO for Windows, first-rate. No hardware can escape its scrutiny.
It works best under WIN2000, but WIN9X is no problem either.

HWINFO1.32 can cause hangs on some individual machines, possibly due to incompatibility with certain hardware. I’ve run into it many times. Later I switched to NSSI instead, and its stability turned out to be a bit better.
