My system has a small problem: it always makes me install the network card twice. After the first installation is done and I reboot, the system hardware will prompt me to reinstall the network card again. Everyone, please say how to fix it!

Please correct the thread title first!
I suggest changing it to: "The network card has to be installed twice, why?" or something like that. |

Is it an XP system? Mine does this too, it just always says it found new hardware, but I don't actually need to reinstall it.

Mine is Win98SE, and I've run into this problem too. Hope some expert can answer it.
