After struggling for a long time, I found the DOS driver pcntnd.dos for the network card of the VM virtual machine. But when I used lynx to surf the web, it showed "no packet driver found". This indicates that the network card cannot be found. There is a problem with your network card driver.

And the lynx.cfg you posted above. I'm surfing the web on a mobile phone, so I added a proxy. There are several configuration files in my post. But there are no obvious dividing lines, but the file names can be used for division.
