I’m a newbie, please help. My operating system is win98, and I use ADSL to get online. It works normally, but after I select “Network” from the Control Panel, the system always tells me the network installation is incomplete and asks whether I want to continue. If I choose “Yes,” it restarts. But when I go into the Control Panel again, the problem is still the same. Asking all you experts for advice!

Your problem is the same as mine, except that when I click the “Yes” button, mine doesn’t restart and everything is normal. It’s just that every time I open the “Network Properties” dialog box, it keeps showing this message.
