There’s a problem with a newly assembled computer of mine. The Add/Remove Programs item in Control Panel doesn’t work. When I open it, I only get an empty box and nothing shows up. Clicking “Close” doesn’t do anything either, and I can only use the close button at the upper right. What kind of problem is this? Can anyone help me? Thanks!!
