Copy a xxx.mui file to c:\windows\system32\zh-cn in safe mode. Prompt: "The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open." What is the reason for this? Is there a solution? thanks

Is it using a SERVER version of the operating system? You can try to re-copy some process relationships related to copying files.

No, the zh-cn folder is related to IE7. My system is Windows XP SP3. Even closing explorer.exe doesn't work, it's really frustrating.

This is generally in the JAVA API documentation. You can log out of the system and have a look. Maybe you created too many threads when writing the program.

Hmm, right, this is sometimes copyable and sometimes not. I wonder if there's a way to be done once and for all.
