If it's an SB16 ISA, you can use it directly (unless the BIOS does not support Plug and Play, in which case you need to use the SB16 configuration program, which can be found at www.soundblaster.com). If it's an SB16 PCI, then you need to load the dedicated driver, which can be downloaded from the site's “drivers” section (that is, programs such as SBINIT.COM, etc.).
