If I want to search a USB flash drive for a folder named “123”, and copy all the files inside it to a folder named “DOWNLOAD” on the hard drive (note that I don't know where either of these two folders is located, and neither of them is under the root directory)
If I were to write this as a batch file, how should I write it... please advise
Let me add one more point here: by U disk I don't mean the local disk U, but a USB flash drive that shows up as a removable disk

Thank you very much, but it seems I said one thing wrong: by U disk I didn't mean the local disk U, but a removable disk. Still, many thanks for your support, and thanks for your hard work.

No matter what kind of drive it is, as long as you put the correct drive letter in the first for.

As long as it has a drive letter, that's enough
