Auto-detect IP and generate an IP webpage - China DOS Union Forum

The company has two servers, A and B. Both have the ERP system installed. Now I want the client side to have the following function:
By default, every client has a webpage file (it directly uses the IP to point to a server and run the ERP system program). To prevent the case where Server A hangs, there is also a data-synchronized Server B. What I want this BAT FILE to do is: when the client starts, it automatically checks whether Server A's IP is reachable (192.168.0.251). If it is reachable, it automatically opens the webpage (URL: http://192.168.0.251/erp.jlnp). If Server A's IP is not reachable, it automatically opens Server B (IP: 192.168.0.252), URL: http://192.168.0.252/erp.jlnp. Please help me, Urgent, many thanks!
