I'm a new user. I finally saw the interesting material, but when I downloaded it, it said I didn't have enough points. Really depressed! I don't want to post water posts to earn points. Is there any way?

The download point limit is set by the user themselves, usually only 1 point. Just replying to a post once gives 2 points, not to mention creating a new post. Moreover, the points obtained are always valid, and you can download those attached files with point limits as long as you have replied to a post once anywhere in the forum.
