Project 1: Drivers for softmodems (i.e. software modems or WinModem) under pure DOS

Description: Softmodems are a fairly common type of modem at present, but their biggest drawback is that both compatibility and performance are worse than hardware modems. Usually, if there is no driver under pure DOS, they cannot be used under pure DOS. So, everyone, let's develop this driver and help our softmodems so they can be used under pure DOS!

LINUX enthusiasts have already disassembled many softmodem drivers now; you can use LINUX, since going online with LINUX brings you more stability and security than DOS.

There are too many Unix-like operating systems; why use that Linus's Minix (the so-called Linux)? Even FreeBSD, GNU Hurd, etc. have many advantages, not to mention Hurd is the standard one. Likewise, DOS is also a very excellent operating system.

Right, FreeBSD development has to be approved by members of the core development team, while LINUX is very free; it only needs the approval of LINUS alone. Didn't the person upstairs say GNU is not the UNIX standard? Hurd is also GNU's ideal operating system kernel, so how could it be standard?
