It doesn't work. First create a folder with a dot in its name:


Then try adding the hidden attribute to this folder and see whether it works?

Pure DOS environment:

1. Use the omnifs.exe software, from the same company as Ghost.
2. Use attrib.com, provided in the attachment (untested).

Windows XP environment:

1. Use the omnifs32.exe software, from the same company as Ghost.
2. Use attrib.com, provided in the attachment.


About what you mentioned above: MD dd..\ try this: attrib +h +r +s DD2306~1

what does that mean?

That is, it's the same company as Symantec, which made ghost. I already had these things long ago.
