There is a file test.txt under the directory D:\123..\prn\nul\con
But at the root of D, “dir /s/b/a-d test.txt” cannot find this file How can it be found? |

I don't know what the OP wants to find this file for,
but TYPE can find this file TYPE D:\123..\prn\nul\con\TEST.TXT TYPE D:\123~1\prn\nul\con\TEST.TXT Both lines above can find it |

What if you don't know where the full path is?
The OP wants to know how to find files under that kind of directory. PS: It's in plp626's post. |

How to use it: when running it for the first time, click “CreateSnap”. After it finishes, you can search. |
