DD, what's the use of posting just an Xcopy.exe!
You also need the file Xcopy32.mod!
I only found that out later!
Win98's Xcopy needs two files,
thanks, DD, I already have both of those files!
It's just that at first I didn't know, so I couldn't find them!
Turns out you made the same mistake I did!
The reason I want this version of Xcopy is because
the Chinese-localized version of this one exists in Tianhui,
so the Chinese localization step can be skipped!
