Question for all the experts: are there any Chinese-supporting file management tools under DOS, and where can I download them? It would be best if they can also support NTFS partitions. Thanks!

SoftView PCTOOLS, and a Chinese-localized NORTON COMMAND.
NTFS is not really within DOS's scope, so software in this area is rare. |
