My system is WinXP Home (OEM), genuine (already activated online). After installing all updates and then installing the genuine Norton Internet Security 2003, after rebooting I found that the time for the system to enter the desktop increased greatly, and no programs respond at all. After about more than 2 minutes, everything returns to normal. What’s going on?
