For example, if there is an operating system image or a disk image containing a system on a hard drive, CD, large-capacity USB drive, is there any method or tool that can map that image as a drive and boot into and run the operating system inside it (not a system like WINPE, but a complete system)? Similar to diskless booting, except the image is placed on a local disk or other media~~

Make it into a standard img disk image or ISO image, and make sure the computer has enough memory.
Then try using GRUB as the boot software |

The machine's specs need to be decent enough.

If it's a system after WINDOWS95, I don't think it's very likely.
