Everyone,
please tell me, how do I use a USB CD-ROM drive under DOS?~ I just FORMATted my DELL laptop, but only after formatting did I remember that the CD-ROM drive is USB~~~ So now I have no idea how to install WINDOWS. The most specific way is for you to download a moderator's boot disk!
