Everyone,
please tell me,

how do I use a USB CD-ROM drive under DOS?~

I just FORMATted my DELL laptop,
but only after formatting did I remember
that the CD-ROM drive is USB~~~

So now I have no idea how to install WINDOWS.
This USB CD-ROM drive is IBM's~
Everyone, please help me~

I downloaded the file from the poster above,
but I don't know how to use IBMUSBCD。SYS~
