Conflict between CD-ROM loading and Chinese character directory display on the disc

1. shsucdx.com/SHCDX33C.COM does not load DOSLFN --- Chinese character directory display on the disc is normal (after loading the Chinese character platform)

2. shsucdx.com/SHCDX33C.COM loads DOSLFN --- Chinese character directory display on the disc is abnormal (after loading the Chinese character platform)

3. mscdex.exe loads/unloads DOSLFN --- Chinese character directory display on the disc is normal (after loading the Chinese character platform)


---After testing, the order of DOSLFN (/lc) and loading the Chinese character platform is irrelevant
