Most people still aren't very clear on how to use Qemm386!
Could the moderator write a detailed article about Qemm386, and then sticky it! First, what all those files in Qemm386 do. Then, how to load it in CONFIG! Also, in AUTOEXEC.BAT, how to load application programs into UMB the way Emm386 does! Do you still use Lh for that! And also, how to use Qemm386 to replace Himem's function! That article Roy mentioned last time, when I used his method to load the system, I got errors! |

There are lots of wrong places!
For example: SET LOADHIDATA=C:\QEMM\LOADHI.RF Where is there even such a file as LOADHI.RF! |

QEMM386 is too complicated, and it also has lots of compatibility problems, so I haven't really used it much either..

The simplest way is to replace HIMEM.SYS and EMM386.EXE
Just add DEVICE=x:\path\QEMM386.SYS in CONFIG。SYS, and it will all be automatic |
