Who says VBS's SENDKEYS doesn't support Chinese? It's just that the function... is too... magical...

Both "法" and "品" can open the calculator. Let's study it... While looking at the encoding...

Well, there's a bit of progress... Sure enough...

SENDKEYS doesn't support Chinese because Chinese uses 2 bytes to represent a character.

According to "法" and "品" both can open the calculator, so I checked their encodings, and they both have a byte of B7.

Then I tested the character "狈" which has the B7 encoding, and sure enough, it can open the calculator!

The other ones are not difficult to figure out, but why these encodings open the corresponding programs is another question.
Continue to explore...

Tested, the guess about "贩" is confirmed!

"贩" is stored in memory as: B7, B7
So after we run it, 2 calculators will be displayed!

The one containing the B6 byte will open My Computer.

It seems related to BX, I'll continue testing...

B5 is a player... The ones known are indeed all containing the character B... Then I'll take a guess at what else there is.

It feels like SCANCODE...

There are some keys on the multimedia keyboard, like open homepage, volume, my computer...
Estimated to be them~ Need to eat, put it aside first.
Feels like it should be correct.

The other B ones don't respond when used...

Does the multimedia keyboard have my computer, email, media, homepage?
Seems like P is assigned...

Continue eating...

Indeed, it is the function of a multimedia keyboard... The following are the tested functions.

Set WshShell = Wscript.CreateObject("Wscript.Shell")
'Demonstration character, 梅: C3B7, which contains the B7 byte and will open the calculator
WshShell.Sendkeys ""

'Function description:
'WshShell.Sendkeys "源" 'B4 OUTLOOK
'WshShell.Sendkeys "恋" 'B5 media player
'WshShell.Sendkeys "硕" 'B6 My Computer
'WshShell.Sendkeys "梅" 'B7 calculator

'WshShell.Sendkeys "血" 'AA search
'WshShell.Sendkeys "爽" 'AC IE homepage
'WshShell.Sendkeys "…" 'AD mute
'WshShell.Sendkeys "爱" 'AE decrease volume
'WshShell.Sendkeys "怜" 'AF increase volume

Set WshShell = Nothing

Those interested can test more characters...
